Over 19 years of real estate experience in Taiwan, Japan and Mainland China, primarily focused on

 

1) helping corporate occupiers identify and develop real estate strategy and solution to meet its business needs. These include notable MNCs, such as KPMG, Bayer, HSBC, DBS, Volkswagen, ELCA, CLSA, Transglobe Life etc. 

 

2) assisting owners in planning and positioning its assets to promote and attract good quality tenants. These include prime-grade projects such as Taipei Nashan Plaza, Taipei 101, Changhong Taipei Time Plaza, Ruentex Nangang and Songshan Buildings, etc.

3) Joe also acted on the owner side before when he worked for Buynow China to oversee and optimize its China assets portfolio and has accumulated his knowledge and experiences in 1st and 2nd tier cities in China. These include Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu, Xi-An, Qingdao, etc.

 

4) Following the career at Buynow China, Joe then worked for WeWork in 2018 as Enterprise Portfolio Director for East China and gained his experience and insights in co-working industry and led his team to work on some projects with some notable corporate occupiers such as HSBC, JP Morgan and Alibaba, as well as some landlords such as Li & Fung and Golden Eagle.
